Out of State Attendance

There are 2 options for people who live out of state who have received an Arizona ticket

• You can take the course online if the court your citation is from approves the online course for ticket dismissal (link to approved courts)

or

• You can attend the class in your state

Requirments:

• No correspondence classes will be accepted
• An online course will not satisfy completion if the course is not Arizona Supreme Court certified and not pre-approved
• Course must be completed at least one week prior to your court date
• Payment to attend an out of state course is in addition to the Arizona fee required by the court
